Dump Prices
NOTE: Only clean broken asphalt will be accepted. All contaminated loads will be rejected. Acceptance of broken asphalt for non-mix customers is contingent on the availability of space in our yards.
NTEA (Non-Tracking Emulsified Asphalt) Prime Pricing
NOTE: A minimum charge of $675 is required. Demurrage time will be charged at a rate of $130.00 per hour.
Healy Asphalt Company LLC / Arrow Road Construction Co. regular service area boundaries are: Ogden Ave on the south, Lake Michigan on the east, Route 23 on the west and Route 120 on the north. Call with any special requests or situations! Delivery rates apply Monday thru Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Time and one-half will be charged (at an additional rate of $25.00 per hour) for the driver's time if application hours vary. All of our materials are State inspected and Certified!

Additional Notes:
- Listed prices do not include Illinois Sales Tax (10.0% for Mount Prospect and 7.75% for Crystal Lake).
- Terms are net 30 days. An interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum, will be charged on any unpaid balance 30 days after invoices as well as attorneys fees and expenses for collection.
- Quality Control services are NOT included in mix prices.
- All prices are F.O.B. plant location.
- All customers must supply job name and address to the dispatcher before pick-up or dumping at any location.
