As a result of these commitments, Arrow Road’s field personnel are among the most qualified and experienced paving professionals in the industry today. With experienced field supervisors, crews and senior staff, Arrow provides cost effective and practical paving solutions. We provide our customers with quality assurance support from our trained and certified technicians. Our graduate engineers and estimators work with the latest estimating technologies available to ensure an accurate project cost estimate. Our Supervisory and Project Management staff has over 300 years combined experience in paving and site construction. Teamwork; from the plant to the field, from the office and our shop to our certified labs, our team’s goal is to provide the highest levels of quality and service possible for our customers. With over 300 years of combined experience, Arrow Road’s Supervisory Field and Project Management team will guide your project from start to finish.
Assuring that we always provide the highest quality materials, our staff of state certified technicians have access to the latest testing equipment at our plant based state certified labs. Our plant crews and dispatchers work together to keep material moving from the yards to our customers and to our field crews.
To keep it all moving we have an experienced team of mechanics to maintain our plant facilities and heavy-equipment. Whether it’s keeping to our rigid equipment maintenance schedules or on site repair and maintenance, our equipment team is second to none. Our office support staff has access to the most recent software systems which help in processing information to and from the field in a timely and efficient manner.
